Today’s recipe of spicy pan seared Tilapia will win the award for best quickest meal of the year! You will really not believe how fast this comes along and that too without any loss of flavors! Now that poses a problem in front of me!

Seafood is an integral part of our meals. We do love our authentic fish curry with rice which is my comfort food since childhood, but this spicy pan seared Tilapia is a nice change from the regular preps.
This spicy fish paired best with my amazing homemade ranch dressing and I only had couple of ladles left of it which, I felt as if it was waiting for this perfect combination! Add some greens on the side and you will have a impeccably satisfying meal.
Fish fillets are great when you want to make a quick as well as a good meal. Fillets cook super-fast and adheres to any spice profile of your choice. It’s even great for deep frying. (Do check out my best ever crispy fried fish for the taste of ultra crispiness!)
Till date my most popular post is the batter fried Basa fillet which I had shared ages ago during the nascent stage of our blog and you guys still love it! That is one recipe which I always suggest to my friends to try out and have received high appreciation in return.
I am sure today’s pan seared Tilapia will give a tough competition to the already famous batter fried Basa; I just have to wait and watch!
The pan seared Tilapia will be best served with some hearty salad – just assemble some fresh salad leaves with few pieces of cucumber, tomatoes, onions and finally drizzle the incredible homemade ranch dressing.
That made me realize that you then have the fishy version of my previous recipe – grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing! Whoa! That’s another new recipe inside a recipe! Am I not a genius!
